Description

On your mark, get set, GO!!!!!

Here is Team Katswell participating in the classic Nickelodeon game show "Double Dare" for charity. All their winnings from the game will go to fundings in researching a cure for Parkinson's disease.

For the younger kids of this generation, "Double Dare" is a game show that ran on Nickelodeon from 1988 to 2000 where contestants get messy, sloppy, and slimed while competing for fabulous prizes!
Here's how it works: the host of the show asks a trivia to one of the teams, and if they don't know the answer, they say "Dare" to the other team. If the other team doesn't know, they say "Double Dare." So, the only option left is the physical challenge, which are basically mini-games so crazy they make the ones from "Mario Party" look completely safe!
And, whoever has the most points at the end of the game goes through the obstacle course where they go through eight crazier obstacles to grab flags to win fabulous prizes!

And, the game's host, Marc Sommers, was definitely one of the coolest game show hosts of all time. Why? Because he had Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), which meant he was a total neat-freak! Think about it: a total neat-freak hosting a game show about getting as messy as possible! He definitely deserves the Nostalgia Critic's "Dude, You Got Balls!" award!

With a great host, great mini-games, and TONS of slime, "Double Dare" will forever be remembered as one of the greatest game shows of all time, and one of the classic gems that made Nickelodeon a household name.

Also, I'll give you guys free points if you could answer the question Marc Sommers is asking. ;)
