Here, Kitty has quit TUFF for good no thanks to Dudley, and decides to get back at everyone who picked on her, belittled her, and abused her. So, she sought refuge in the mountains by Lake Petropolis, and decided to use her newly found dark powers to built herself a new fortress, and give herself a brand new wardrobe.

Now, she's ready to get Petropolis back.
