Birdbrain's Masters of Disaster

Since Halloween is fastly approaching, I figured I should give some love to a few TUFF villains that I think don't get enough credit within the fanbase (whether it be the original "TUFF Puppy" cartoon, or the "Team Katswell" series).

One day, after escaping from prison, Birdbrain decided to organize an alliance of other villains that Kitty and Team Katswell have faced in the past to help him take them down. The only villains that have accepted his offer were Mad Cow, Gold Bug, Claudeus J. Necro, Queen Adela, Comrade Crocovsky with Bruno Bearishnokov, the Cane Toad, and Kongbu Tiema.
Now, unlike other TUFF criminal organizations, Birdbrain's alliance is only temporary. Once Team Katswell is taken care of, they can go back to competing against each other in various crimes for all he cares.
He does so by having each crook face a member of Team Katswell separately in a specified location in Petropolis. After drawing picks out of a hat, their locations for their battles were set. Crocovsky and Bruno were to face Stan and Elvis in the Petropolis Ice-Skating Rink, Adela was to face Niles at the Natural History Museum, the Cane Toad was to face Allison at the Chemical Plant, Kongbu was to face Kimiko at Subway Terminal, Cladeus was to face John in the Petropolis Cemetery, Gold Bug was to face Jake in the Park, Mad Cow was to face Dudley at the Mall, and Birdbrain was to face Kitty in the mountaintops outside the city.

Unbeknownst to both groups, Birdbrain's got a super-secret project that's strictly between him and Zippy. He won't reveal until the proper moment.

Let's hope Team Katswell succeeds in beating them all.
